Production: Produced through Manteco’s advanced recycling process, which involves collecting and sorting wool post-consumer waste, then mechanically regenerating it into high-quality yarns. The recycled wool is spun, woven, and finished to create a fabric that maintains the quality and performance of virgin wool. The colour is obtained through the Recype® color creation process, just by mixing numerous and different shades of recycled wool fibers, without use of chemicals and dyes.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Depending on the fabric type. Smaller quantities for prototyping are available.

Properties: 100% wool. Luxuriously soft, breathable, and durable with excellent thermal insulation properties. The fabric is fully recyclable and biodegradable, contributing to a circular economy.

Applications: Ideal for high-end fashion garments such as coats, suits, and other apparel, offering sustainable luxury without compromising on quality.
